Do you need help with your mental health?

Check out Harrow's new Mental Health Hub which will signpost you to local support services in the community. We have designed this hub to help connect you to the support you are looking for. We know so many young people are having a really tough time at the moment with feeling low, feeling anxious, and stressed. You will find a bunch of organisations that can help you. Take a look, take your time, and when you're ready we hope you feel able to reach out to one of them.

HOW ARE YOU HARROW?

The How Are You (HAY) Harrow survey report represents a comprehensive investigation of the health and well-being of young people studying and living in Harrow in 2021. Over 6,000 young people aged 9-18 answered the HAY Harrow Survey in 2021 to tell us how they are feeling, and what they would like more support with. Thank you to all the young people who took part.
