EPIC was founded in 2019 by our co-director Savan Shah who had a clear vision for EPIC to change people's lives through Hip Hop.

Since then, himself and the co-director, Vishal, have developed a threefold model of Empowerment, Education and Engagement that will be applied to all their projects & services. We focus on using urban arts, education and culture as the tools to help groups and/or individuals to become more self-aware, improve their mental health, build resilience and become more socially integrated.

We believe that through planting these practical ‘seeds’ in people’s minds through both creative expression as well as alternative methods, it can be transformational for many lives as they develop skills to enhance their personal journey of self-discovery and growth.

EPIC has three strategic boroughs that it works in; Brent, Barking & Dagenham and Harrow.

EPIC is also an NGO (international organisation) with a track record of delivering projects in the UK and abroad with a specific project called EPIC Earth that focuses on aligning the EPIC mission statement with delivering our projects overseas.
