What's Harrow Level Up Youth Work?
Harrow Level Up Youth Work is a three-year training and development programme designed to fund both general training and youth work qualifications. Exclusively available to YHF members and associate members working directly with children and young people in Northwest London, this programme is entirely funded.
63% of our Level Up members are equity-led, but we're striving to reach 80%. If your organization is equity-led, you'll receive priority access.

Opportunities for Level Up Members
Fully funded Youth Work Qualification - Apply before the 4th of March 2025
Our BAME and grassroots groups have an amazing opportunity to earn a fully funded Level 1, 2, or 3 Youth Work Qualification.
- Level 1 is a youth-focused three-day in-person course over the Easter Holidays.
- Levels 2 & 3 are held online and we have limited availability.
To access this opportunity, your organisation will need to be a Young Harrow member registered for the Level Up Youth Programme.

How do I sign up?
Fill out a short form online to join the programme. We will send you regular updates with exclusive training opportunities and events tailored to your needs. Anyone in your organisation can join. Share the news with them and Join here.

Do I need to comint to a minimum number of opportunities?
You don't need to attend a minimum number of training events but we want to offer opportunities that interest you.
