The programme supported locally based charities to deliver early intervention services addressing drug, alcohol, and substance misuse among children and young people in Harrow.

The programmes delivered are showing how early intervention programmes are raising awareness, increasing knowledge and having a positive impact on the prevention of young people involved in substance misuse.

The main aim of this pilot was to establish a collaborative network of local projects involved in the advancement of health and saving lives through a range of preventative and specialist programmes around children and young people engaging in life limiting behaviours.
