Orley Farm has evolved since September 1850 from a boarding school for boys preparing for Harrow, to a co-educational, vibrant, day school that specialises in preparing children for their own journey through life. Orley Farm is a vibrant co-educational day school for pupils aged 4 to 13 that specialises in shaping well-rounded, confident children through a blend of academic excellence and exceptional pastoral support. Together with our outstanding teachers, families, and children, we are committed to guiding every student on this journey, preparing them for the challenges — and opportunities — ahead.

Creating Christmas Magic for Harrow’s Children: Orley Farm School’s Partnership
Every year, Orley Farm School helps bring extra magic to Harrow Winter Wonderland — a four-day festive experience designed for vulnerable and disadvantaged children as part of the Holiday Activities & Food (HAF) programme. The annual £2,000 contribution from Orley Farm School ensures every child leaves with a special gift to take home, making the day not only fun and nourishing but emotionally meaningful too.
Winter Wonderland provides a unique, inclusive experience for Harrow: children enjoy a funfair, inflatables, games, creative activities, and a hot meal, visiting either with their school during the day or with their families in the evening. It is fully SEND-friendly, locally tailored, and unlike anything else available in the borough, delivered by local partner Magna.
This magical offer is only possible through strong local partnerships. Young Harrow Foundation works closely with schools, charities, and community groups to ensure the children who need it most are invited and supported to attend — and partners like Orley Farm School add the special touches that elevate the experience. Their commitment reflects the true spirit of community collaboration: recognising where joy, dignity, and celebration matter just as much as food and activities. Together, YHF and Orley Farm School are creating lasting festive memories for hundreds of children who might otherwise go without. Orley Farm are also an important donor in our Change Makers Grant programme.
