Overall, the HAF Programme 2025 successfully maximised capacity, strengthened inclusion and delivered meaningful outcomes for children and families across Harrow.

We take great pride in delivering a high-quality, inclusive programme that offers a diverse range of activities while also securing additional funding to support young people facing economic hardship but not eligible for Free School Meals (FSM).

This impact report highlights the impressive results achieved by our service delivery organisations. Through tailored support, this programme has made a significant difference in the lives of young people.

The primary goal has been to transform this narrative by providing local children and teenagers with opportunities to engage in enriching artistic activities, fostering creativity, building confidence, and supporting personal growth.

Over the past two years, YHF has collaborated with Harrow Council to explore new ways of providing diverse, appealing activities for children and young people in families eligible for Short Break care.

Harrow HAF has once again demonstrated our high standards and excellent providers but it was not without challenges. The HAF funding requires constant adaptation and innovation to secure success. This report provides a breakdown of the different holidays, achievements, and challenges we encountered.

Our vision through this programme was to involve all communities in arts and culture and to give those children and young people who are not engaging in the arts the voice and power to help shape local arts provision.
