About Organisation

HeadsUp Harrow is a consortium partnership of 5 local charities offering specialist mental health services to young people aged 11-25 across Harrow who face additional barriers to support. The service is provided by Mind in Harrow, Mosaic LGBT+ Young Persons’ Trust, Centre for ADHD and Autism Support, Paiwand and The WISH Centre.

What can we offer young people?

HeadsUp offers a selection of support including one-to-one and group support sessions, depending on the needs of the young person. Across our partners, our areas of expertise are LGBT+, refugees and asylum seekers, ADHD and Autistic young people and support for self-harm, abuse and neglect.

How can we help you help your young people?

HeadsUp Harrow is excited to offer a brand new suite of classroom resources, including educational videos and full lesson plans to help you deliver high-quality mental health education in your school, college or youth centre. We can also offer staff training and CPD, peer-led student assemblies and workshops, bespoke advice and support and student drop-in sessions.
