Our vision is to inspire and empower ordinary people to take action against the injustice of modern slavery.

Romania has one of the highest rates of modern-day slavery in Europe.

Roconect is at heart a community intiative that raises awareness against modern slavery. We focus on strengthening relationships and building the local community, because we believe there is freedom in a healthy society, and the real fight against modern slavery happens in our daily world, in our daily decisions. There is a tremendous need for a moral revolution that will only happen when we care about each other.

Potential victims of exploitation will be better protected when we're partnering with law enforcement, governments, businesses, NGOs and the civil society.
