Brushing for life programme (Harrow residents only)
Our friendly and experienced team is on hand to give you advice and tips to help keep your child's teeth healthy and introduce them to positive dental habits that last a lifetime. The type of information we can help with includes...
- Using the correct toothbrush and toothpaste
- Tips and advice to help brush your child's teeth
- Tips on how to encourage brushing
- Tips on when to start brushing
- Healthy eating, snacks, and drinks
- Information about sugar, tooth decay, and food labelling
- Tips on how to say goodbye to the baby bottle and dummy
Harrow offers the Early Support service. It provides free workshops to parents about dental health for them and their children. These workshops are held at your local Children's Centre. For further information contact Cedars or Hillview children's centres or visit their Facebook page.

Health professionals across Harrow have been trained to provide oral health advice in addition to your dentist. These health professionals include:
