Kooth is a free online counselling and emotional wellbeing platform for children and young people, provided by XenZone. It is provided free at the point of use for young people living in Harrow and Schools can have students access it during school or after school for free.

Online counselling has the potential to revolutionise the way in which we provide support to children and young people. It opens up access out of traditional working hours and allows teenagers and young adults to contact counsellors from their own home. Online forums and advice also empower young people by helping them to learn more about the problems they are facing and facilitating the sharing of experiences with others going through the same difficulties.

• Live chat with counsellors: Weekdays (12pm-10pm) and Weekends (6pm-10pm)
