What

OYA runs a thriving Saturday Supplementary School, providing high-quality educational support for over 100 students of African and African-Caribbean heritage aged 10-16. We teach core National Curriculum subjects: English, Maths and Science. We encourage young people to have a strong sense of their cultural identity, a strong sense of purpose in their own individual lives and to nurture their community spirit. At the moment, due to Covid-19 restrictions, all of our lessons are delivered on Zoom. When these restrictions lift, we hope to offer a phased return to face-to-face teaching. Our days run from 10am-3pm, with high-quality and engaging classes for years 6-11, delivered by our exceptional professional teachers. 2021 will be a difficult year for young people catching up with the education they have missed. If you would like to access support via our Saturday school, get in touch on 020 8200 4587 or email oya_org@hotmail.co.uk. 2021 Pricing: Years 6,7,8, are FREE for the 2021 academic year Years 9,10,11 are £15 per student per Saturday (*payable 5 Saturdays in advance) All students are required to pay a one-off £25 admin fee.
