Watford FC Community Sports and Education Trust are pleased to announce our new Growth programme for young people in Harrow.

In partnership with Young Harrow Foundation, we have developed a new programme which will focus on 6 themes, run over a 6-week period, that will aid and inspire young people to reach their full potential.

• Decisions and Accountability
• Our Communities
• Young Peoples Mental health
• Leadership Skills

• Young people work with us for 6 weeks (half term).
• All work is evidenced in our brand new Personal Growth Workbook.
• Pre and Post Questionnaires to show impact.
• Our staff will work closely with schools to discuss how young people are getting on in the programme throughout the duration.

We are working with schools to identify young people who would benefit from small group intervention work. Young people in the programme will work in a targeted setting and have help to develop skills they can use in their school, social and home lives.
