What
This is free to Level Up Youth Work members (usually going for £100-200 per person) so jump on it whilst we have availability.
This training opportunity is open to Scouts workers and volunteer in Harrow only. However we may be able to open it wider from April if extra spaces become availble. Please email keisha.njoku@youngharrow.org to be added to the waiting list. We will let you know if spaces are available.
You will learn how to deal with a number of situations including:
- Asthma
- Burns
- Heart Attack
- Stabbings
- Resusitation
- Stroke
All delegates must be well and fit enough to kneel on the floor and practice minimum two minutes of resuscitation on a manikin and demonstrate practical elements such as the recovery position on each other.
About Level Up Youth Work
Level Up Youth work is a training and development programme to fund both general training and youth work qualifications over the next three years. The programme is free and aimed at those working directly with children and young people in Northwest London.
