The Molly Rose Foundation has pocket-sized cards that are free of charge and that have been designed as a quick and handy reminder of some of the vital help available to all right now, especially young people, particularly during these current challenging times. When requesting a pack (below), think about the various groups and organisations you know or with whom you come into contact and make these cards readily available to them.

Cards will normally be dispatched in packs of approximately 140 with four different messages and information regarding useful sources of help and advice.
