What

A free online session delivered by Mind in Harrow and Harrow Talking Therapies

We will explore the common issues children and young people face, and difficulties you and they may face talking about mental health and emotional wellbeing.

The session will include practical strategies and approaches that parents, carers and family members can use when talking with their child about mental health, and strategies to learn to build wellbeing and resilience.

Who is this workshop for?

Any Harrow resident who is a parent, carer or family member who would like to know more about how to support the mental health of the children in their care. Please note we will NOT be covering mental health in the early years (0-5) or specific ages young adults (16-25) may face.

Who runs it?

This training will be delivered by Children & Young Persons experts at Mind in Harrow, in collaboration with NHS Harrow Talking Therapies Practitioners
