Book free peer-led mental well-being workshops for 8-25 years old in schools, colleges and youth services.
Co-designed and co-delivered with our young lived-experience volunteers, our tailored workshops aim to increase knowledge, build emotional resilience, and challenge stigmas around mental health and wellbeing.
We can cover different topics and always enjoy designing new content with our volunteers! Topics we have covered:
- The 5 Ways to Wellbeing
- Supporting others
- Exam stress & anxiety
- Confidence & self-image
