The activity runs from 15 October 2023 to 15 September 2024. The Young Harrow Foundation does not manage bookings for this activity and is not responsible for the delivery of the project. If you have any questions, please contact the organisation directly.

What

This programme is based on the following activities:

• Anti-Bullying workshops. Professionals will deliver monthly interactive bullying workshops for 3 months. This will include play-acting, sharing of experiences, either being bullied, bullied or witnessed bullying. We will discuss how bullying affects people emotionally and how to eradicate bullying. This will include Cyber bullying and how to report it.
• Mental Health awareness workshops. We will organise monthly workshops for 3 months about what is mental health, who has mental health, what can cause mental health and who to see for help. Young people will design Mental Health awareness leaflets that will be distributed at youth centres, on the high street, places of worship, and some online distribution.
• Healthy eating sessions. We will organise 2 healthy eating sessions about how to develop recipes using low cost but healthy ingredients with adults joining the session. We will also have cooking lessons using our developed recipes.
