What
HAF Easter SEND Camp from the 2nd to the 11th of April!
Community Connex has a dedicated team of qualified support carers specializing in providing exceptional care for young people with diverse physical, emotional, and learning disabilities.
Join us for a range of fun-filled activities designed to encourage an active lifestyle. From outdoor escapades that embrace the fresh air to indoor excitement that keeps you on your toes, we've got something for everyone. Children's safety and well-being are our top priorities! Our dedicated team is committed to providing support that goes beyond the ordinary.
Each young person will have a caring staff member with safeguarding training and DBS checks, ensuring a secure and nurturing environment. Through individual assessments, we tailor our approach to meet unique needs. All activities are thoroughly risk-assessed and the activities are designed to foster friendships, reducing the risk of isolation, team-building and confidence-building exercises that are seamlessly integrated into all our activities.
If the offered activities aren't your preference, we provide multiple options to ensure everyone finds something they love. Our inclusive buildings are equipped to support a range of needs, making sure everyone feels welcome and included.
