What
HAF programme from the 9th, 11th and 12th of April*
The Easter programme is focused on making sure that children socialise, play and learn together in the diverse camp. eat healthily, play lots of sports and enjoy activities. Apart from the sports, dance, gymnastics and athletics activities we want to do things like problem-solving, cognitive games, orienteering, puzzles, games through smart boards, chess, Carrom, motor skills, leadership, origami, debates clubs etc.
Activities are grouped into the following programme categories:
- Multi-sports i.e. Gymnastics, Dance, Different Sports, Quizzes, Origami, Art & Craft, Soft Archery, Talent show, Treasure Hunt, Life Skills, Painting, etc.
- Cognitive games, i.e. Problem Solving, Leadership, Competitions, Drill, etc.
- Yoga sessions.
*Please note that the HAF Camp is not running on the 10th of April.
About the Holiday Activities & Food (HAF) Programme
The HAF Programme is for children and young people from Reception to Year 11, during the school holidays (Winter, Easter, and Summer) offering a range of activities in Harrow, including some specialist SEND provisions. Places are free for children who meet the criteria. Check if your child can get free school meals in England and find out how to apply on your local authority’s website.
