HAF Non-contact boxing Camp from the 9th to the 12th of April!

Welcome to the Sweet Science Programme, where fitness meets fun, and health is the ultimate champion! Our program is designed to enhance the health and well-being of children through engaging activities centred around non-contact boxing, cardiovascular training, and character and health education.

Activities on Offer:

Non-contact boxing training
Circuit exercise training
Cardiovascular exercise sessions – skipping
Group mentoring and character-building activities
Good nutrition and well-being workshops

About the Holiday Activities & Food (HAF) Programme

The HAF Programme is for children and young people from Reception to Year 11, during the school holidays (Winter, Easter, and Summer) offering a range of activities in Harrow, including some specialist SEND provisions. Places are free for children who meet the criteria. Check if your child can get free school meals in England and find out how to apply on your local authority’s website.
