What

FitMind will provide specialist fitness training for young people who identified a need for bespoke mental health support at Hatch End High School.

The programme aims to boost mental wellbeing and physical activity by delivering five personal training sessions a week between October 2023 and July 2024. The sessions will be 45 minutes long approx., depending on the fitness level and psychological state of the students and the students will receive feedback about their progress.
