A Mental Health Book for Early Years (3-7yrs)

A heart-warming story that encourages young children to manage & share their feelings. An Independent project by Janet Collins.

The purpose of Roxy's Dream:

● Develop children’s resilience and make them more confident to overcome challenges.

● Teach children about healthy eating, oral hygiene and the importance of physical development.

● Encourage children to believe in themselves, build their self-esteem, confidence and talk about their feelings.

● Help children develop good friendships that give them a sense of belonging.
