What
These weekly sessions intended to be watch in sequence from 1 - 6 over a 6 week period. At the end of each session you will get some homework to reflect on. This is an important part of the learning process as each week will build on the previous week.
Each session is approx. 40mins long. Sit back, listen to the content and if you can grasp the concepts, they will help you tremendously. Nothing to lose but a lot to gain for now and as a foundation as a young adult and for the future you.
When you've completed watching each video submit an evaluation or go straight to the next session. We need your valuable comments and/or feedback to share the sessions for others.
You will need to give some feedback for access the next sessions as you progress. Once you submit your feedback, they'll email you a password to your next session.
