What
Kooth is a free, safe and anonymous online counselling and emotional wellbeing service for children and young peoplle. It offers flexible support outside of traditional hours, making it easier for young people to get help when they need it, from the comfort of their own home
What’s available

- Weekdays: 12pm – 10pm
- Weekends: 6pm – 10pm
- No referrals or waiting lists – sign up and start straight away

- Discussion forums for peer support
- Kooth Magazine – creative content and real experiences shared by young people
