Funding available: Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) Programme

With funding from the Department for Education we will be able to offer funding to organisations wishing to deliver vital programmes for school age children aged 5-16 years old, during the Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays in 2021.

The primary beneficiaries of the programme are intended to be Free School Meal eligible children, but the programme can include support for children and young people facing hardship and to target geographical hotspots showing high levels of economic disadvantage, obesity and deprivation.

If you are interested in applying for funding to deliver a short EASTER programme that delivers healthy food, nutritional education enriching and physical activity or would like to find out how to signpost the children and families you work with to ensure they are eating well during the holidays - then watch this short video as there are lots of good questions and answers that will support your application.
