'They say a picture speaks a thousand words. It’s not always easy to find the words to talk about mental health, so why not start with a picture?' To celebrate World Mental Health Day, we are working with Mind in Harrow and the Heads Up partners, encouraging you and the young people you work with to share a meme or a favourite image that best reflects how they are feeling at the moment.

We really want to ensure we maximise the reach of this campaign and are asking you to agree to share this at different times of the day

(you will find an option of 4 time slots when you sign up on the survey link at the bottom of this email)

Tag a friend, tag us, tag HeadsUp and pass it on.

If your using Twitter the tag one of these handles: @youngharrowf @HeadsupHarrow @MindinHarrow @TheWISHCentre @ADHDandAutism @AA_Paiwand @TheMosaicTrust

If your using Instagram tag one of these handles: @theyoungharrowfoundation @yhf_network @headsupharrow @mindinharrow @thewishcentre @themosaictrust @adhdandautism

Please also encourage your organisation's staff team and participants to get involved in the conversation by tagging someone or being tagged yourself.

Start the conversation about the image shared.

Whether you laugh together, cry together or find you have something in common, we all have a mind so we all have something to share.

#meetmymind #starttheconversation #endthestigma

Please see Dan's meme attached: #meetmymind "It's Saturday..."

If you want to post it on Twitter you can reduce the message to:

They say a picture speaks a thousand words. It’s not always easy to find the words to talk about mental health, so to celebrate World Mental Health Day, share a meme or picture that best reflects how you’re feeling. Tag a friend, tag us and pass it on #meetmymind

OR

Simply get involved, share your own messages and link with a range of organisations and media across Harrow.
